• Ingredients: Serves about 8

    1 Deep Dish Pie Shell (9-inches)

    12 Ounces of Squash (fresh or frozen pack)

    ½ Stick of Melted Butter (or applesauce)

    3 Eggs

    ½ Cup all-purpose flour

    ½ Cup of Sugar

    1¼ Cup of Coffee Rich (or water)

    1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

    Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2. Boil and peel 12 OZ of Squash or just buy the frozen package. Mix all of the above ingredients in a large bowl to an even consistency.
    3. Pour the contents into the pie shell and bake for approximately 70-80 minutes, depending on your oven, until it is a light brown. For a firmer consistency, allow the Pie to cool for 20 minutes before eating.
